Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return window: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Item condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged.
- Return shipping: We provide a free return shipping label — simply contact us at cindy@cindyclampittcreations.com to request one.
- Refund timeline: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Exchanges: We're happy to offer exchanges! Contact us and we'll do our best to find the perfect piece for you.
- Damaged or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
Non-returnable items: The following items are not eligible for return:
- Digital downloads — due to their instant-access nature
- Sale/clearance items
- Custom or personalized pieces — as these are made specifically for you
