Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the Continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories.
Shipping Options & Rates
We offer two shipping methods at checkout:

Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Cindy Clampitt Creations is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Digital Downloads
Digital products are delivered electronically via a download link sent to your email immediately after purchase. No shipping charges apply to digital downloads.
Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return window: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Item condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged.
- Return shipping: We provide a free return shipping label — simply contact us at cindy@cindyclampittcreations.com to request one.
- Refund timeline: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Exchanges: We’re happy to offer exchanges! Contact us and we’ll do our best to find the perfect piece for you.
- Damaged or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right.

Non-returnable items: The following items are not eligible for return:
- Digital downloads — due to their instant-access nature
- Sale/clearance items
- Custom or personalized pieces — as these are made specifically for you
