Return Period: You may return the product within 15 days of receiving it.
Conditions for Returns:
The product must be in its original condition.

Original Artwork

All sales of original artwork are final; no returns are accepted.
If the artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
Ensure you keep all original packaging for any damage claims.
Custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable. (see below)

Commissioned Art Work

All commissioned artwork is final sale and non-refundable.
Clients are encouraged to discuss their vision thoroughly before the project begins.
Minor adjustments can be made during the creation process based on client feedback.
If the artwork is significantly different from the agreed-upon concept, a resolution may be discussed.
In case of damage during shipping, please provide photos to cindy@cindyclampittcreations.com for review and potential replacement within 7 days of receiving the artwork.
